Refund policy

Currently, We do not offer returns/cancellations/Exchanges once an order has shipped. 

If you have a CSTM Order, If you request a cancellation, It is at our discretion whether the cancellation is possible. If your product is in the process of being made & or has been made, We retain the right to choose whether we issue a full refund, partial refund or no refund.

We do have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on ALL of our products. Have the peace of mind that we stand behind the quality and durability of our products and you will be taken care of!
